A poor result ! Warning... You have a system which is not very reliable, efficient or secure, and many aspects could be improved. Although the quiz only acts as a general indication, Accenton Alarms and Security are only satisfied when our monitored customers receive an "excellent" score in our alarm quizzes. In this respect, it is a test for us as well to ensure we maintain our high standard of service for our customers. If you have a monitored system installed by us (very unlikely), please contact us immediately to discuss why your quiz results are not "excellent" (perhaps we have forgotten to fully explain the features of your system).
